Winwinbd may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Without it, withdrawals and large transactions may be restricted. KYC typically requires a copy of your national ID or passport.

Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit — transfers to a different number are not permitted. This is a security measure to prevent fraud.

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed — only possible if the cash-out feature is available.
• If odds change before a match starts, the odds at the time the bet was accepted will remain in effect.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded (subject to conditions).

• Match fixing or placing bets in collusion with others.
• Placing automated bets using software or bots.

Winwinbd may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.

• If the member requests self-exclusion.
• No account activity for an extended period (over 12 months).

Members may close their account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before doing so. If a balance is found after account closure, contact us through Support.

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or mobile network issues.
• Missed opportunities due to unexpected technical errors or server outages.
• Issues arising from incorrect information or negligence on the member's part.

Any dispute must first be raised with winwinbd support. If unresolved, both parties will attempt to reach a settlement through mutual discussion.
